Fibre Optic Laser Cutting
Utilising the latest in Trumpf laser cutting technology we have the capability of laser cutting Copper, Brass, Aluminium as well as the standard Mild Steel and Stainless Steel materials.
Tru Laser 5030 Fiber Machine
Our new TruLaser 5030 fiber 8kW TruDisk 8001, is the most powerful sub contract laser in the North of England.
Our new machine allows us to laser cut up to 40mm in stainless steel with a bed size of 4m x 2m and with the highest dynamics and excellent quality on a fiber machine. We continually invest in the latest technology allowing us to offer a fast and precise laser cutting service.
Laser Profiling
Laser Profiling – Our Trumpf Lasers are built to achieve +/- 0.1mm positional tolerance, which can reduce or even remove the necessity for second op machining saving time and money.
