Through extensive investment and training in our staff, we deliver high-quality precision fibre laser cut components throughout the UK and beyond.

Express Lasers Ltd currently operates a minimum of 156 production hours per week, with the option to run “24/7” when necessary. When combining this with a high level of stock materials Express Lasers can offer short lead times to accommodate laser cutting breakdowns.

Prototyping and high volume jobs whilst maintaining the high quality and value that we endeavour to achieve is obtainable through our efficient processes.

We believe material handling is important and have found the semi-automatic, suction powered loading ability a must for loading the bed with sheets and plates, reducing the risk of potential damage using conventional methods.

Our Trumpf Lasers are built to achieve +/- 0.1mm positional tolerance, which can reduce or even remove the necessity for second op machining saving time and money.
